Wetten Importers Selects TrenStar’s Keg Management Solution

TrenStar’s keg management solution enables the popular Delirium Tremens a larger North American distribution area

DENVER – May 7, 2007 —  TrenStar, Inc. today announced that Wetten Importers has selected its MicroStar Keg Management LLC unit to provide keg management services for all of its North American keg management requirements for the Belgian brewed Delirium Tremens.  MicroStar Keg Management is the fourth largest keg owner in the U.S behind Anheuser-Busch, SABMiller and Molson Coors.

Beginning in May 2007, MicroStar will make kegs available to Wetten Importers on a “per-fill” fee basis under a 5 year keg management agreement.

Located in Lorton, Virginia, Wetten Importers is one of the largest importers of European specialty beers in the United States.

“MicroStar is pleased to add Wetten Importers to its world-class group of customers,” said Lauri Honea, president of MicroStar Keg Management. “Partnering with Wetten strengthens MicroStar’s global footprint while at the same time enables Wetten Importers the ability to grow its North American distribution of Delirium Tremens. “

MicroStar owns more than 470,000 kegs for distribution in the United States. The fleet includes half-barrels and 5.16-gallon or “one-sixth barrel” kegs, the industry’s fastest growing container for draft beer sales.
